5 /5 Charmaine Bate: Tao dragons is such a good opportunity to build up on fitness and different classes, such as Boxing, kickboxing, BJJ, martial arts, self defence, fitness and Muay Thai, they have amazing instructors to teach you also, I would definitely recommend tao dragons martial arts to anyone!

Since starting, Louis has improved so much — not just physically, but also in his listening skills and ability to focus. The classes are fun, structured, and really supportive.
