From the moment I started working with him, I felt supported, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, safe. As someone who was nervous about exercising during pregnancy, I had concerns about what I could and couldn’t do. Nikesh took the time to explain everything and tailor each workout session to my changing body and needs.
During my pregnancy, he provided a variety of low-impact, strengthening exercises that improved my overall well-being and kept me active. I never felt overwhelmed or overexerted. Each workout felt balanced, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and stability – crucial for pregnancy. I also appreciated his constant reassurances that I was doing exercises that supported both my health and my baby’s.

Postpartum, (7 months) Nikesh was just as amazing. Recovery can be challenging, but the variations in exercises he created for me helped me regain my strength without pushing me too hard. The focus on strength exercises, posture correction, and regaining core stability has made a world of difference already. It is clear that he truly understands the postpartum journey and knows how to guide women through it in a safe, sustainable way.
