Kelly Harwood I was gifted a voucher for the Southwick Beauty Studio & chose a prescription facial. Emma made me feel extremely comfortable as soon as I met her. Nothing was too much of a problem for her. Emma was very knowledgeable about the products & techniques she was using. She gave me a lovely facial including a head, neck & face massage which was 10 out of 10. A truely relaxing experience & my skin has felt wonderful for days now. S M Ziva is the best hairdresser I have ever been too! Yildiz, who works there is amazing!!! She knows exactly what you need, gives the best advice and makes sure you leave the salon happy. She is so lovely and caring. I have been coming here for almost 2 years and not only does she give the BEST bouncy blowdries but also ensures the colour you want your hair is the colour you’re leaving with. She ensures her customers are seen on time and the customer service is ALWAYS 5/5.
