The way she pays attention to small details shows how experienced she is. My nails turned out beautiful, clean, and exactly the way I wanted. The environment was comfortable, hygienic, and relaxing. 1 /5 Patricia Cotton: I feel terrible leaving this review because the staff were genuinely very sweet but unfortunately this was the worst BIAB application I’ve ever had. The nails looked thick and unsightly — almost like buttons. I raised my concerns twice: the first technician drilled them down and the second started over and drilled them again. While I was there, I overheard another client complaining about the exact same issue — how thick her red nails looked. It was disappointing overall, despite the lovely staff.

5 /5 Melody Liu: Been coming to this salon for many years, majority of the nail techs are great. I love they have a great selection of cat eye effect colours. They normally stay quite well and can last up to 4 weeks! Today I had some issues with one of the nail tech’s work but Tania jumped in and happily fixed it for me. Now it looks perfect! Attaching short nails from 4 weeks ago and new nails from today.
