1 /5 GG: This was my second visit to the salon – the first time, I had a good experience with a girl who did exactly what I asked for. That’s why I came back. But this time was completely different. I only wanted my eyebrows tidied up. One lady started working on them, then partway through, another took over without asking. She decided to reshape my brows however she thought was best – again, without checking with me – and now they’re uneven. To make things worse, when I raised the issue, she apologised but called me “darling”, which I found really inappropriate and dismissive. It didn’t feel genuine at all. Now I have to wait weeks for my eyebrows to grow back, which is so frustrating, and honestly, I won’t be coming back. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication.

5 /5 V: I recently got the keratin service for my graduation ceremony at this salon, and it was absolutely worth every penny! My family, friends, roommates – everyone is now asking and complimenting me on my fabulous hair. The staff paid meticulous attention to every detail, and I also opted for a haircut post-keratin wash, which turned out to be the best haircut Ive ever had. I feel like a celebrity! Huge thanks to the fantastic and welcoming staff for their personal care and interest. I appreciate your excellent service. Thank you!

3 /5 H Paul: I had eyebrows threaded a dyed, eyelashes, hair and nails . .was there for a good 3 to 4 hours for my beauty treat.. very reasonably priced and good service .... however would have liked to be at least offered a cup of tea or water. Also would be nice to hear some good music instead of constant prayer in their language for four hours making me as a customer feel a bit ostracized. Apart from that all good...just need to be a bit more customer focused. Also speak English with each other so customers dont feel on the outside. Just a suggestion

1 /5 Natel A: Had my eyebrows threaded here. Despite giving instructions to only tidy up directly underneath, no trimming no threading above the brows either. She proceeded to give me pratically zero eyebrows by threading extremely high up (You can see the colour difference in the image). On my left brow. Completely uneven. I distinctly asked to only ‘tidy up’ Explained this to the manager and she agreed and apologised. However will not be returning at all.
