leah neil Pricing is very inconsistent not only online and instore but also amongst the staff. I feel like more clarity is definitely needed. It’s almost like you feel like a nuisance if you book online with treatwell which is confusing if you prefer for customers to pay in cash instore then come off the app instead of causing all this confusion. It’s 2025 and it’s no longer common for people to be walking around with cash nor is it convenient hence why people book online via treatwell but when you do , the information and pricing your being told online isn’t consistent with what’s being said instore. It’s very misleading. I only did my nails yesterday and as you can see there is gel polish around the cuticle as well as peeling skin and small cuts. It’s not very neat at all. I understand that not everything is gonna look perfect but it’s important that all services are performed to the best of your ability especially for a paying customer. The reason why the standard of the nails wasn’t brought up as soon as my nails were done is because I didn’t realise and instore it almost feels like one in one out. As soon as your service is done you’re not a priority.

Not only is she very gentle and soft with threading, but she also spends time and pays great attention to detail when shaping your eyebrows to get the very best results. Sri was also very friendly and approachable, I felt really comfortable throughout my entire visit. My eyebrows have never looked so tidy and well shaped! Sri truly is a professional and I will definitely be rebooking with her again!
