5 /5 Z s.: I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Me and my friend have been doing Pilates with Sahar since 2023, and honestly, she’s amazing. Since training with her, my body has never felt better. We’ve also been training with the lovely Mandy. I love how every session is beautifully tailored to us, push our limits and hands on when need to correct our form. Being in a small class really allows sahar and Mandy to fully focus on us and correct us when needed. Every session is full of new workouts and knowledge. They both create such a friendly, calm and fun atmosphere. We always end up having a good laugh. I’m always looking forward for Pilates officially in love with it Couldn’t recommend them more!

She has such a calm, positive energy and an incredible eye for detail always making sure my form is right and the movements are effective. Every session feels personal and thoughtfully tailored, helping me build strength, improve posture, and release tension. I always leave feeling taller, lighter, and more connected to my body. It’s such a beautiful, welcoming space too, a real sanctuary in my week. Highly recommend Sahar and Solena to anyone wanting mindful movement and lasting results!

5 /5 Alisa A: I have been taking classes with Sahar for over 2 years and now with Mandy too. This was my first ever pilates class so I have been with them from a total beginner to now more intermediate. Both are knowledgeable, highly experienced and lovely instructors that make you feel safe and seen (the pros of a small class). They are hands-on with corrections and always up for answering any questions and tailoring the class to you. Having taken reformer and tower classes, I feel stronger and happier - our classes are always challenging but full of giggles. The studio is also calming, spotless and smells amazing, it truly is a zen safe-space. Couldnt recommend Studio Solena enough!

5 /5 punya lamba: Absolutely amazing! I have been doing reformer pilates with Sahar for nearly 2 years now and she is brilliant. The small groups are a bonus with so much attention to each client, making any adjustments needed easily attainable. Each session is comfortable, calm, informative yet challenging! Love how strong i feel after my session and how rewarding it is to see new tone and muscles appear :) The studio itself is a little sanctuary, bringing in coastal Italian vibes, the perfect place to practice pilates.

They’re so knowledgeable, supportive, and make every session enjoyable. Since starting, I’ve noticed such a big difference in my back. I feel stronger, more flexible, and completely renewed.
