5 /5 Pal sh: I have been using Step In Salon’s services for the past 3 years, and I must say they are among the best in the area. Their staff is not only professional but also very friendly, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. The quality of their work is always consistent, and they truly care about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Step In Salon to anyone looking for excellent service with a warm touch.

2 /5 SC 03: Have given this place the benefit of the doubt many times but this will be my last visit. Asked to keep the thickness of my eyebrows but with an arched shape, the woman did explain that this would be hard to do as I dont have super thick eyebrows but she would try, she ended up making them so thin. Id rather she have said she cant do the arch if I wanted my eyebrows to remain thicker. So disappointing as it takes ages for my eyebrow hair to grow. On previous visits Ive gotten spots by my eyebrows (an area of my face I never get spots on) which does make me question how often they clean the tools they use. I personally have found the staff fairy friendly compared with similar eyebrow places but I sadly wont be returning.

1 /5 Sara Mariem: Very Bad avoid waxing at all cost plus rude staff. They left marks on my skin after waxing. Then blamed me for my skin being sensitive and not telling them. My skin is not sensitive- their application and technique is bad, this did not happened before to me. I don’t think they have insurance or checks before treatment
