Ilona Rakauskaite Classes with Marguerite are subtle due to focusing on the breathing and slow movements. Ive been wanting to work on my feminine side so, looked for something slow and effective to build the muscle and balance. Im finally connecting my mind to my body more and more! Im grateful for Marguerites passion and dedication to bring the subtlety in for those who are like me: in their heads and rushing.
