tara kelly I’ve had an amazing experience working with Lon. His strength training sessions have helped me build real muscle, improve my posture, and stay consistent with my goals. This is the first time I’ve truly noticed a difference in my body after years of attending gym classes, and it’s all thanks to his guidance. He has excellent theoretical knowledge, gives great lifestyle advice, and keeps every session purposeful and motivating. His fitness app has also been a huge bonus – it helps me stay on track between sessions and supports my overall health journey. He’s patient, a fantastic teacher, and a great motivator. The workouts are always challenging but genuinely fun, and I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. I would highly recommend!

Coco Tomas I started coaching with Kit in 2014 and have experienced the most - if not only - effective body transformation I ever tried (and believe me there were many!) . Ive learnt how to sculpt my body through proper weight training and correct nutrition. She gave me the skills and tools to make these changes; I train heavy, eat well and keep getting stronger. Kit was very patient with teaching me proper exercise technique, but she also knew when to push and motivate me to go beyond my comfort zone. This balanced approach is what makes her plans so enjoyable and sustainable. We will continue working together in 2017 and beyond I hope!

Barad Abolghassemi An experience. You can have fun in every direction. Every store is laid out and there is great customer service around the entire building. There is, but, an issue with the top floor parking. I have seen many crackheads go to the private parking and smoke weed daily. Please resolve this issue. On the other hand, no one goes to the crackhead circle of the shopping centre and itll probably fall under your radar. Other than the mild inconveniences, it feels like a mini-mall of high standards. But still bring light to this issue, thank you.

Emilie Cunning Such a lovely studio! Class with Sav was fantastic, one of the best I’ve been to across 3 different cities! Changing rooms are nice and spacious.

Maria Aguirre I have been going to the gym for around a month and I absolutely love it. The staff are really friendly, the weight and cardio room are spacious and nice! And the people are also super nice, Ive had a couple of instances where both members and staff have gone out of their way to help me! I will 100% recommend this gym to other people, and I do agree that the one towel policy is not the best, but just takes adjusting to and when needed one can bring an extra towel.

RedXGaming Friendly staff, but the gym is not worth £40! The gym has a funny smell every time you walk in, they open at 8am which is late for a gym (especially if you’d like to go before work), when a machine breaks it takes about 4-10 weeks to fix. I use this gym because it’s local to me but definitely not worth £40 should be £30 at best. The picture I included is when it will be back in action but it’s been out of action for 4 weeks already, At the time of posting this the machine has already been out of use for 5 weeks! Also they don’t normally have hand wash in the restrooms. However their personal trainer here Indie is great! Knows exactly what he’s talking about, He’s a great trainer and great guy!
