Delayney Taboo Her energy and ability to make me feel relaxed and at ease this was the first time doing coolie locs I fell asleep I woke up and read my book I couldnt be happier everyone said my hair looked amazing and my other half loves it.i will be coming back to support her as she is a pocket rocket and very talented so I am happy to support!!!!! This is the review that I wrote two weeks ago but I am now going to highlight something I paid my deposit to get my hair done and I paid the rest in cash 380 this was two weeks ago I received a call last week from the lady explaining to me that my deposit has not been received due to her not changing her currency and she only received 1.45 at the time I was at work and said ok I will send it again from my husbands account as I had done before. When I explained to my husband he told me that it is not my fault and that the full deposit had left his account and it is not my fault she didnt change her currency also why has it taken two weeks for her to realise? I then spoke to my finance team at work and explained the situation and the head of HR finance said it is not my mistake I am not liable as I sent my deposit and paid for the service and why was I told two weeks later she could of told me at my appointment. I explained it to her was not rude even tho people from my end are saying its not my fault. She has tried to request the money twice from my partners account which he has blocked and also sent me a text talking about God like I am a horrible person which has upset me deeply as look at the previous review I left and I didnt even highlight the mishap we had with the address in the first place or her buzzer not working and me nearly leaving I am all for supporting black buissness but u see this level of conduct it isnt nice when you make a mistake as a buissnes owner you hold ur hands up and for that factor Im updating this review and Ive told my co workers dont even bother booking in as I have done nothing wrong the fact I was happy to still send it when I got in from work as I have to give my other half the money to load on to his card shows how much heart I have I was breaking down things to her by text that didnt make sense and that came from my husbands bank and also the HR FINANCIAL TEAM... Its sad that I was more then happy to pay leave a review and then this to quote god at me when your the one with the dark energy speaks volumes... I wish you all the success but with this behaviour and the way I been treated for ur misgivings I would suggest anyone booking make sure you question and get proof off money received she stated this has happened to other clients and they have been happy to send the deposit again but I doubt that as my husbands bank told him the money would bounce back to him as her currency was wrong and it never so just protect yourself so the same thing doesnt happen to you. Let me update again as she is lying!!! I sent 100 pound it left my partners account and if I have to post here i will!!!!! Two weeks later ur telling me I havent paid the deposit and ur lying to ur customers that I took advantage of the currency I sent 100 you told me that YOU had ur currency wrong! Yes I was going to pay it till after my partner spoke to the bank and they said why has it taken two weeks for you to let me know u didnt receive it but the bank could see it has left the account! Let me be honest here you tried to take the mick I have a very good job and I aint a thief and happily pay for services the bank said I am not liable as its your fault and why didnt the money bounce back?? I honestly think your going through something and thats OK but dont take it out on other people you dont like the fact I know my rights!!!! Im not dishonest you are and thats sad and not a way to run a buissness coming on here and telling me I took advantage when u called me u told me it was ur mistake bit my hair was done etc and i paid the rest in cash I asked you why it took two weeks and all now u cant give me a answer.

ANTONI of LONDON DO NOT BOOK WITH BAN RAM they are a fraudulent set up posing as a booking service working along side salons but in fact have no connection with salons to offer bookings. They register domain names using other salon names or slighy similer such as salonnameW1 for instance making it seem legit as it shows up on Google. I own a salon that they have done this to and asked them to take down my details and stop using my name. They say they will but never do. Absolute criminals. Stay away and go direct with the salon or book with a trusted booking service like treatwell.

P P Thank you India Knight for sharing your experience of Hyrolox by Ondine Crowley at Gielly Green. My hair is fine, curly and unattractively frizzy. I have tried every treatment , product, supplement, silk head wrap etc know to man and nothing has ever worked. I’m almost 50 so I’ve tried a lot. Sure I may get a great cut, colour and style in a salon but as soon as I step out of the salon my hair reverts back to chaos and frizz. Until now! I cannot thank Ondine enough for the magic she has achieved. I’ve waited over a month to post a review to make sure I can report back on the lasting effects. I can now use my Dyson Air wand (another purchase previously made to reduce the frizz but hadn’t had any results) and within 3 minutes I have bouncy, shiny frizz free hair that lasts days. It really is magical. I’ve attached photos of before, just done and beautifully coloured by Amy, and then 1 month later. Still can’t quite believe it.
