1 /5 Elzal: I’m honestly exhausted and extremely disappointed after this whole experience.
I booked an appointment for Tuesday, 06/11. I got the confirmation email, organised my morning around it, travelled there — and the place was completely shut. No message, no update, no explanation.
I felt embarrassed standing outside wondering if I’d done something wrong.
I tried emailing back using the same address that confirmed my booking, hoping at least someone would explain what happened. No reply. Nothing.Later, I found another email on the website. Mira replied, apologised, and personally confirmed a new appointment for today, 16/11, at 10:00 AM.
I really wanted to give this place another chance. I showed up on time, hoping things would be different.
But it happened again.
I got there at 10:00 — doors closed, lights off.
Called the number — straight to voicemail.
I stood outside waiting until 10:30, feeling completely let down for the second time in a row.When I passed again around noon, it was still closed.
I wasn’t even the only one.There was another woman waiting who said she had a ClassPass appointment today and had also been told her booking “wasn’t seen.” Hearing that honestly made me feel even worse — like this is something that happens more than once.Two wasted days.
Two appointments that never happened.
Zero communication when it actually matters.
It’s incredibly draining and so disappointing to be treated like this, especially when you’re trying to give a business a fair chance.
I hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience left me stressed, frustrated, and with the feeling that my time didn’t matter at all.
After everything, I won’t be coming back.
