If you are an American getting a massage in the UK be aware that their regulations are different especially for draping so it didn’t surprise me being exposed several times during the massage. The treatment room and facility was dirty and sloppily put together. The massage table was not long enough for my body at 5’8, and it had a hole in the table instead of a face cradle. My face didn’t fit properly in it so my jaw was being shoved backwards the whole time. It was a Tai massage so expect even the relaxation massage to have a bit heavier pressure. Some of the stretches felt very unnatural and almost painful. I was exhausted after traveling for 20 hours so I did fall asleep. My provider and the massage were good. I was a bit mortified when the massage was over, and I realized that the oil that had been used was baby oil. I do not use products with mineral oil on my skin.

5 /5 Iram: One of the best aromatherapy massages I’ve had (and I’ve had quite a few) and great value for money in London. The place is clean, slightly small and no frills. I’ve left every massage feeling lighter and much less tense. Layla is especially great at working on stress points with more pressure, while checking in with you to avoid causing pain. Massages here now feature as part of my monthly routine, which is testament to how great they are! Highly recommend.
