Event Management Ive been coming to this salon for a couple of years (mostly for Manicures) and have recommended it to many people. I usually enjoy the service and they have a great colour selection. However, my recent mani/pedi visit was very poor. The member of staff was rough with her hands, tight grip throughout and quite dismissive of a concern about a past toe nail injury. Not to mention the water was too hot in the foot basin during the pedicure. This experience was uncomfortable to sit through the appointment. A misunderstanding escalated and maybe a language barrier too! And she even accused me of deliberately splashing her with water with my feet, which was a far stretched reaction to the reality. The pedicure basins are just a basic shallow sink, and there is no foot spa or even a massage chair.
I persevered through the pedicure/manicure treatment as am going on a lovely holiday and thankfully the polish end result looked good. As we all know it’s not cheap! However, the overall unpleasant and unkind experience has left a disappointing impression!
