The classes have made a huge difference to her overall wellbeing – not only physically, by helping her maintain strength and flexibility, but also socially, as she enjoys the interaction and sense of community. The team are incredibly kind and attentive, adapting exercises to suit her needs (including chair-based options when needed), and they genuinely look after her. Were so grateful for the care and support shes receiving from Srini and his team. Highly recommend for older adults looking to stay active and connected!

The entire session was filled with love, gratitude, and gentle release. I found myself shedding a few tears as emotions surfaced and softened.
