5 /5 Shania Allette: Booked an amazing 1 hour massage with Ferdues. Great communication from the start to end. Very relaxing & hygienic place, masseuse also set out nice condiments for me to enjoy. Definitely will come again. Highly recommend!

2 /5 Werda Lahfa: Salma was very friendly and agreeable, I was gifted a massage experience and the massage was fine, however I felt that maybe the preparation and more clear communication from Salma would of helped put me at ease more before and during my massage as I felt that having one person in the salon, leave in the middle of my massage to answer someone banding at the entrance door quiet confusing. Overall I would consider coming back if they would better preparation before entering this space again. Ensuring that the space is warm and comfortable before the client arrives for their session.

5 /5 Nargis N Khan: Very good service and amazing results. I had a mini facial which was so relaxing and then I had eyebrow waxing that was quick and honestly I was so amazed. After that I had a pedicure that was so relaxing and enjoyable, also very quick and Salma who was doing my treatments was very quick and professional. Noor shaped my eyebrows and I was happy with her service. Definitely worth going there.

1 /5 Amina Salahuddin: An all-round very unprofessional experience sadly. Massage: 2/5 Cleanliness: 2/5 Service: 0/5 Professionalism: 0/5 1. It took me over 4 months to finally get an appointment. 2. When I got to the shop it was shuttered close. I didnt get a phone call to warn me. I waited around. Then I called the mobile number on the voucher. The lady on the other end didnt apologise. All she said was that she would be there in a few minutes. She finally arrived 15minutes after the appointment should have started. Not a single word of apology or explanation. It was very jarring and pretty unprofessional. 3. The room was quite shabby and when I put my face down there were bits of wet tissue all around where my face was. I took some of the kitchen roll she had put down and made myself a clean space to put my forehead down. I was still giving this place the benefit of the doubt stupidly as I was hoping for some neck and shoulder relief from the massage. 4. Icing on the cake? A less than mediocre massage that lasted not even 35mins. I noticed this once I was dressed. I had paid for 60minutes. When I walked out of the room the woman was talking loudly on the phone and looked at me.for a second and then away. I just thought... this isnt worth it and left. First and last visit for sure.

1 /5 Saradah Thandrayen: i am not happy at all with the service. the lady was nice but i was not happy with her work. blow dry was not properly done and i have to tell her to do it again but still i was not satisfied. i did the gel shellac and manicure was not properly done and was a bit rough which i showed her. she used the buffer to correct it and shapes are not really nice. i went home doing no housechores or any washing up just after my shower at night the gel was peeling off. i paid £25. i will never go there again
