1 /5 Laura Jimenez: Really bad customer service. Dropped by only to ask for the availability of the beauty therapist for a simple service, just nail gel removal. She told me she didn’t have any available slots. Right after I checked their Treatwell and they had 2 spaces in the next hour. Looks like they didn’t want to work at all for only £5, which is the price of this service. Laziness? Won’t be coming back.

5 /5 Jennie Stephenson: I have been going to Skin Retreat regularly almost since the salon opened. It feels like a second home! All my treatments are always expertly done and the therapists are extremely friendly. My therapist, Jenny, chats with me in such a relaxed manner that I often forget I am having a horrid Brazillian wax! I have my nails done frequently and Skin Retreat always has a dazzling array of colours from which to choose! I love this salon and I will not go anywhere else, despite the fact that it is a bit of a way from my house.

5 /5 Jess Tyler: i wouldnt go anywhere else for my beauty treatments. Lovely salon and very professional and friendly staff. I usually have guinot facials, gel manicures and pedicures and hot waxing is amazing they use lycon which is the best product for intimate waxing. I always feel comfortable and have never been rushed or disappointed. I know this is a long review but I really rate this salon and their staff. Always busy so book early :)

5 /5 Gemma Atherton: I would highly recommend skin retreat if you are looking for a therapeutic beauty salon. The treatments are amazing and the staff are very professional and friendly. I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted by Jenny for my wedding I was so pleased with the results. I have also had facials in the past and have left feeling rejuvenated.
