Rachels knowledge of the Sylfirm machine she used on me was second to none and her knowledge of other similar machines and techniques on the market made me sure that I had made the right choice for my skin concerns. A lot of aesthetic practitioners will sell you anything and everything but I had absolute faith in Rachel because she could explain the science behind everything that I needed and explained what I didnt need.
