5 /5 Sally Probett: This is my second visit to Sincerely Thai after a colleague and friend recommended going there. First time I had a deep tissue massage which was incredible. Today a Thai massage which has released tension and cracks that two different osteopaths havent been able to in over a year. I have significant neck and back issues from historic neck and shoulder injuries from trampolining, hockey and rugby. The treatments really really help. Thank you so much Saly. My next appointment is already booked!

1 /5 Zahrah Patel: Booked a treat for my mum and paid for an hour, got there for 5:55pm as the appointment was booked for 6pm although she wasn’t taken into the room till at least 6:12pm and she was outside clothed by 7:05pm. Didn’t get treated for the whole hour that I paid for, she said Oh the lady treating her wasn’t very friendly and hurt her during the massage. We’ve had plenty of Thai massages in the past and this was by far the worst. Oh gave the massage by just using one finger, essentially poking the whole body leaving my mum with bruises which has never happened before. Every time my mum asked why she was using one finger Oh’s response was she doesn’t want to do too much to her. This is unprofessional and is not how a Thai massage should be. Definitely would not recommend and would absolutely not return. Felt like we got scammed and now my mum has left worse than when she arrived.
