Simona thoroughly explains each exercise, highlighting which parts of the body are being worked and why they are important. She is also very welcoming and creates a supportive class environment.

I’ve been going to classes for just under a year now, and it’s been a consistently positive experience. From the start, Simona created a supportive and approachable atmosphere that made it easy to settle in. She breaks each movement down clearly, so whether youre completely new or more experienced, you can follow along and push yourself at your own pace. What really makes the difference is Simona herself. She’s knowledgeable, genuinely passionate about what she does, and pays close attention to technique, which makes the sessions both safe and effective. I’d recommend these classes to anyone—regardless of your starting point. You’ll feel encouraged, build strength, and keep progressing with every session.

I always know what I’m supposed to be doing and she also educates everyone on which muscles we should be engaging and checks I’m doing exercises correctly. I particularly find this useful. I would highly recommend Simona to anyone wanting to take Pilates she is fabulous!
