1 /5 Safia Mohamed: I’ve been a regular customer at this salon for a long time — over 30 visits — but the service has gone downhill to the point that I won’t be returning.
Today’s visit was extremely frustrating. I came in with my baby in the pram, and the lady doing my pedicure told me it was completely fine to keep the pram beside us. However, the same male staff member who is always rude came over and insisted I move it and hold the baby instead, even though she had already approved it. His attitude was unnecessarily unpleasant and made the whole experience stressful.
On top of that, they always insist on cash, claiming the card machine “doesn’t work.” This has happened every single time I’ve been there. Today, the man even told me they had no Wi-Fi — despite the fact that I’ve connected there in the past — clearly just to make things more difficult. I couldn’t transfer because I had no signal, so I was heading to the ATM, and they still chased me outside and embarrassed me in the street, loudly saying the transfer didn’t go through when it hadn’t even had time to process. It’s unprofessional and unnecessary. This is the third time they have done that to me!!!
The hygiene is another major issue. The towels are reused. I watched the lady finish my pedicure, fold the towel, and put it back into the warmer instead of replacing it with a clean one. That is completely unacceptable for a salon.
Overall, the service has become rude, unprofessional, and unhygienic, and the constant pressure for cash payments feels shady. I will definitely not be going back and will stop recommending this place. Really disappointing after being a loyal customer for so long.
