1 /5 Verbena Willett: NEVER BUYING A GROUPON VOUCHER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. After using the booking system online & choosing three different times I awaited confirmation. A few weeks passed and I realised I hadnt heard from them. So I went onto Groupon to get the contact details only to notice that a voucher had been redeemed. I tried several times to contact them in person and by telephone. Each the shop was shut and no one answered the phone. Today finally the shop was open and the receptionist was absolutely no help and also very unco-operative and said it was my fault! Customer services is at an all time low! ANSWER: So you say Im lying - I only purchased the Groupon in Sept see attached photo and also every-time I turn up as you never answer the phone the shutters are down - youre not open. If you can show me when you called as Ive never had a message a text or WhatsApp from you. And to be clear I never came in for a treatment today I came in to find out what happened and book but I will not be setting foot back in your shop!

2 /5 Emily Delamere: I had Cryolipolysis here. When I went elsewhere, the machines they used were better, more professional equipment. In Shape Zone, they use paddles that do not secure to the body very well, and the aesthetician is quite abrupt and unhelpful. It was only after I got to my appointment that she advised I needed to spend more money on the extra equipment to get the full effect of my treatment, and basically told me that my cryolipolysis treatment would have no real benefit or effect. When I went elsewhere for the same treatment, everything was automatically included in the session and everything was explained to me properly. I will continue to go elsewhere for these treatments. This is a very unprofessional establishment with basic equipment and hidden/unexplained fees. As with most of the other bad reviews, they usually just respond saying they cant find these clients in their system. I think this is only to avoid accountability for their poor services.
