1 /5 Ciara Ryan: Extremely poor service and no attempt to resolve the situation! One of my nails was broken and I asked for a tip on it when I sat down initially for a biab refill to which my nail tech said no problem.
She then proceeded to remove the biab I had on which was extremely painful and had to pull my hand away a few times. She then filled my nails and reshaped them and they are all different lengths, my thumbs being the worst where there was a huge difference. She then advised that she couldn’t put a tip on my broken nail so there is just one nail much shorter than the rest. And there was nail polish all over my cuticles and finger tips.
This cost 55€ and I phoned and emailed 3 times to resolve it only to receive a phone call back from a member of staff who was quite rude and did not apologize or do anything to amend the situation.
I had to go to another salon 4 days later to get them completely fixed and the nail tech was appalled at my nails
