1 /5 M. K.: I’ve been coming here for more than a year fortnightly for a manicure. It used to be amazing immaculate nails and cuticles. The last several times have been dreadful but my last appointment was my last for sure. The technician was nipping away the cuticles instead of cutting it in one or two goes nicely so few days later my cuticles are flaky allover and catching everywhere completely ruined. The station was dirty from the last client she didn’t even bother dusting it. It used to be friendly now several times vibe was off. Customer service and cleanliness is everything. Won’t be going back. I’ve attached pictures of my ruined cuticles too. It’s dreadful

Very clean, very nice people, and the shellac is always excellent and lasts a really good time, but I had my first pedicure here today and did not have the best experience. The service I booked included a foot massage, and I did remind them about this, but there was only a very quick and light scrub and mask. The woman next to me had a very long massage and the salon was quiet so it made me feel a bit ignored. I felt like they just wanted me in and out.
