She takes the time to listen to what the customer wants, but isnt afraid to give honest advice - a great combination!

5 /5 Sue S: Yesterday was my first time at Serenity for highlights, trim and blowdry and eyebrow wax. Jess was amazing. She put complimenting colours into my hair, better than Ive had elsewhere. I felt really welcome and the atmosphere was really nice. Jess really listened to what I wanted and gave me that. Following from that I had my eyebrows waxed, I felt really relaxed, I felt no pain or discomfort and I could have dozed off if I had more time. I highly recommend this beauty and hair salon it will now be my regular. I had the most amazing highlights for a 1/4 of the price I paid last time I went to the hairdresser and they are by far a much better colour. All of the staff are wonderful and everything was in one shop. You can also book online from the comfort of your home.
