1 /5 chloe: I’m leaving this review to share what was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve had at a salon. I had previously visited this salon to get my nails done by Linn, who was absolutely lovely and did a fantastic job — so I had high hopes when I booked an appointment to get my hair dyed blue. I was told to arrive a few hours before closing, and I made it very clear that I wanted a bold blue hair color. I had various tones of brown in my hair, so I knew bleaching would be necessary. However, the process was rushed and unprofessional from the start. They didn’t bother to do a strand test, which is basic protocol, especially when bleaching. They used cling film instead of proper foils and were surprised when my hair didn’t lift evenly. They blamed the patchy result on my hair being “damaged,” despite another salon telling me my hair is just thick and strong — and that patchy lightening can happen if proper technique isn’t used. Rather than addressing the issue or trying to fix it, they went ahead and applied the blue dye on top of the uneven bleach job. The result was a blotchy, disappointing mess — nothing like what I had asked for or expected. I was extremely upset and left feeling blamed for their lack of skill. They still wanted to charged me £150 for it, I managed to get it down to 100 which was no consolation considering the outcome. Ive dyed my hair blue myself at home in the past with excellent results, so this felt like a huge waste of time, money, and trust. If you don’t have the experience or tools to do vivid colors like blue properly, you should be upfront about that — not proceed and then shift blame onto the client when it doesn’t work out. I wont be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend or trust this salon for hair services.

1 /5 Clarissa Follmann: Went for cat eye shellac manicure, but what twhat Ive got was far from ct eye style, its basically glittery and thats all. They also charged me £10 more pounds because it was cat eye and only told me at the payment, which is not appropriate. Ive gone back to complain about the wrong nail style and they refused to accept, the woman kept shaking my hands. The service was initially good but Im not impressed and definitely wont return.
