4 /5 Archiiee P: I had a deep cleansing facial with Mariam and she’s really good! She’s so sweet and friendly and her facial was exactly what I needed. The treatment is £61 for an hour. It started with a double cleanse (one of them exfoliating), then a steam with extractions, followed by another cleanse and a clay mask. While the mask was working its magic, she gave me a lovely arm, hand, and head massage, I left feeling refreshed and relaxed!

5 /5 JoyC: Happened to be around in this area so was searching for a good beauty salon for a pampering day, and decided to go for this based on the reviews and the very good for value treatment packages. Went for the rejuvenating package which includes a 60 min Thai deep tissue massage and 60 min Galvanic facial treatment. The treatment rooms are all located in the basement - very clean rooms and occasionally you will hear noises when people walk past, but with the gentle instrumental music looping non stop it’s easy to relax with the low lighting too. The Thai deep massage was performed by Dao who gave a very authentic Thai massage - hot air was spread all over the body and she managed to knead out all those tight muscles all over especially my neck and shoulders which were very tight. She was very thorough and the massage was just the right pressure I need. This was followed with the galvanic facial performed by Soraya who gave such a relaxing treatment - started off with cleansing and exfoliating before the galvanic treatment which uses micro-current to push serum deep into the skin. I have derma-planing as an add on and it was so professionally done too. The facial was ended with a vitamin C brightening mask while she gave me another face and neck massage. Though this salon is not local to me, I’d definitely come back for a visit if I happen to be around! Just a little comment I hope the salon provides a thicker blanket (rather than just a towel) during the facial treatment as the room does get a bit cold after staying still for such a long treatment

5 /5 Nibras Makeup.Hair.Grooming: Always an amazing experience! My go to place for a Thai aromatherapy message and I normally come with my hubby and we do 1.5hrs. Yai and Nicky are both incredible and this experience was no different. I currently have a hamstring injury that Yai really spent time working on but still managed to give a thorough full body experience and managed to work out a lot of the knots. My husband said the same. Both are incredible at massages and we left feeling like new people! The beds are also heated as is the oil which is so nice and relaxing. The rooms are clean and the exterior noise so minimal and there is relaxing music playing. All the staff at Serena Beauty and Spa are always welcoming and friendly and they are always consistently great in their services. Highly recommend A****** experience. Thank you!

5 /5 Bushraa Akkary: I had a great experience at this salon! Everyone was genuinely nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere felt relaxing, and the staff were all very friendly. The nail technician who worked on me was absolutely amazing — so precise and careful with every detail. Her work was perfect, and I really appreciated how attentive she was throughout the whole process. She truly did an excellent job, and I just had to compliment her!
