5 /5 Aarushi Jadhav: Simran and Sukhi were very sweet and accommodating. My eyebrows look fantastic! Alina, the hairstylist understood my vision with my hair and gave me the exact haircut I wanted! She blowdried it to perfection as well! Satisfied with the results, affordable prices as well.

1 /5 Amina Baker: Had my nails and eyebrows done, just passing and went in in a rush. The gel nails, chipped the next day, and although they offered to redo the nail, which they did, 5 days later other nails were chipped. Waste of £25!! Also eyebrows were £7 which in central Ealing is £5 and after 3 days the eyebrows have started regrowing — which never happens. Also, the upstairs was completely empty yet they took me down to the basement, it was cold and smelt of damp and the seat was not suited for nails table so I had to lean forward for over an hour and literally strain my back , hugely uncomfortable

1 /5 Miss C: Booked my 16-year-old daughter’s haircut at Sash Hair & Beauty. Was quoted £30 for a cut + £5 for a fringe, but she was charged £45 after a drying fee that was never mentioned. If youre going to charge to dry hair- let the customer know beforehand! The stylist, Annie, was on the phone during the haircut, cut off more than asked, and asked how it looked while it was still wet. When I went in to discuss it, Annie was rude, dismissive, and even told me to “get lost” instead of apologising or offering any resolution. Simran, the receptionist, who gave the original quote, was argumentative and unhelpful when I asked for Annie’s name. She initially refused to give it, which only made things worse. She had an opportunity to turn things around, but chose to be wrong and strong. This could have been resolved with a simple apology or a small £10 refund, but instead, both staff members chose to be defensive and disrespectful. Unprofessional, dishonest, and poor customer service — avoid this salon.
