5 /5 Amy Clarke: Great salon. I regularly come here for waxing treatments and the team are so lovely and helpful. Always pleased with the results and even find it to be quite relaxing! I also just had my hair coloured here for the first time and I am equally pleased with the outcome. Kerri did a beautiful job finding the right colour and I am delighted with it. Plus I have found myself to be allergic to salon dyes at other places, whereas the products used here are natural and organic so I have no problems. Additionally, the reception staff are also very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this salon.

5 /5 Tayler Griffiths: I could never get my hair done anywhere else. The service is wonderful, they always remember you; the atmosphere is so relaxing I almost fall asleep when I get my hair washed. I always ask for Imogen because she is so lovely (they all are at Sally Adams though) and is incredibly talented. I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a good haircut!

1 /5 Sable Morton: I sadly have to agree with the comments by another client. The owner is very rude in my experience. I visited on a quiet afternoon for a colour before a holiday. As I was leaving I was standing by reception waiting to pay, the owner Sally was standing there she didn’t say hello, didn’t acknowledge me and I’ve been going to this salon for several years. Nobody needs to be treated like that especially as this salon loves to talk about their tolerant values. My other appointment I had made I cancelled when I got home. As for the colour it lifted quickly and I had visible grey hair after a week despite using colour safe shampoo and conditioner. (And yes it was permanent colour) Not impressed at all and I’m certainly not paying their prices when the owner (who had no clients when I was there) couldn’t even say hello. The attitude laden reply to the other client just sums this place up. A rude arrogant, attitude isn’t going to wash in Cobham anymore people will go elsewhere. I will go to London in future where they don’t take their clients for granted.

The staff couldn’t have been more attentive and my resulting hair is fabulous. I would say it’s exactly how I wanted but actually it’s better. I made quite a long drive to visit the salon & it was definitely worth it. I will be back for sure. Thanks all xx

1 /5 Lisa Jordan: I used to be an absolute fan of Sally Adams in Cobham and am not one to publicly rate when theres negative feedback - the last few times Ive visited Ive been extremely disappointed here. Id booked a hair cut and colour for my wedding well in advance sharing it was really important as it was for my wedding. I was contacted the week prior and told the opening hours had changed and the appointment was cancelled. Normally apparently something would be added to the notes in the system but nothing was. Same with the mani pedi I had booked pre wedding. The hair appointment was rebooked after a couple of conversations and Billie (who is an incredible hair dressers and stylist) very kindly agreed to stay late. I booked with the booking system for a colour this weekend and was contacted to be told that the booking system doesnt allow for the correct time to be applied so that needed to be cancelled. Ive tried calling now for a new colour but was told there was no way of knowing how long that would take (I did share that Id spoken to the stylist about it previously but perhaps asking her was too difficult). I hate losing trust in a place as this has been a go to for me over the years but wont be going back.
