1 /5 Sable Morton: I sadly have to agree with the comments by another client. The owner is very rude in my experience. I visited on a quiet afternoon for a colour before a holiday. As I was leaving I was standing by reception waiting to pay, the owner Sally was standing there she didn’t say hello, didn’t acknowledge me and I’ve been going to this salon for several years. Nobody needs to be treated like that especially as this salon loves to talk about their tolerant values. My other appointment I had made I cancelled when I got home. As for the colour it lifted quickly and I had visible grey hair after a week despite using colour safe shampoo and conditioner. (And yes it was permanent colour)
Not impressed at all and I’m certainly not paying their prices when the owner (who had no clients when I was there) couldn’t even say hello. The attitude laden reply to the other client just sums this place up. A rude arrogant, attitude isn’t going to wash in Cobham anymore people will go elsewhere. I will go to London in future where they don’t take their clients for granted.
