Katie Sinclair Penina’s Clinic is completely amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for laser hair removal and electrolysis. I have PCOS and thought nothing would help with facial hair growth, but after a consultation with Penina (who is a true expert and has the absolute best advice) I chose a course of electrolysis and laser side by side to address my light and dark hair growth. I have Yesim for my sessions who is absolutely incredible at her job and makes the whole process as easy and comfortable as it could possibly be. I highly recommend her. The whole team is incredible and I’m so pleased with the results. Thank you Penina, Yesim and everyone at the clinic!

Radiye Behzat ****Review for Jour Beauty Clinic**** A huge thanks to all the staff at Jour Beauty Clinic! In particular, I want to highlight Ilkay, who conducts the treatment I regularly go for. She is always professional, attentive, and caring, I honestly thought she was the manager because of the way she works with such ownership and dedication. In my opinion, she truly deserves a promotion to manager. When Ilkay provides treatments, she takes the time needed so it never feels rushed. The owner Demet is also professional and kind, and the clinic has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. It would be wonderful if the clinic introduced an app where clients could track their treatments, booked, received, cancelled, or rescheduled as this would add another layer of convenience to the excellent service already provided. The clinic is in a great location, appointments are mostly on time, and I really appreciate the reminders and confirmations. Overall, a fantastic experience every visit! Thanks Again!!!
