1 /5 Z: If I could leave a worse star rating I would. The owner ruined my eyebrows and when I asked her to take off only certain parts she did what she liked and ruined my eyebrows. She made me pay the full price and did not apologise. She was rude and blamed it on me. I would NOT recommend going to this place. Awful service and awful treatment. Don’t come here unless you want your eyebrows ruined

5 /5 Mick Smith: A message to you from my feet. They want to know how come they go into Rose beauty hub aged 65. They exit Rose beauty hub, age 13? I have not had a pedicure for maybe 3 years after using a local shop and being cut badly on my right foot. But I decided it was time to trust someone again, and happily I made a fantastic choice. Extremely polite staff. Not over the top. They exceeded my expectations in regards to professionalism. I can personally recommend this salon.

1 /5 rinku janu: I got threading done here on Saturday for a special occasion, and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any salon. The lady who did my threading was extremely harsh on my face. I’ve been left with multiple cuts, bumps, and burning pain that lasted for two days. I didn’t notice the cuts immediately because I assumed the redness was normal post-threading, but the next day I realised I had actual cuts on my face. What’s worse is that she did not warn me even once during the process, despite clearly being too rough. A properly trained professional would never be so careless. It felt like I paid just to get cuts on my face. I won’t be returning, and I definitely do not recommend this place.

I always have an amazing grooming experience at rose beauty hub. Thanks to the owner & staff for being very cooperative and continuously facilitating us with best of the salon experiences.
