She asked what I was looking for and which areas I wanted to focus on, and her presence and professionalism were truly one of a kind. The back massage was on another level—I genuinely felt my tension and negative emotions melt away, something I’ve never experienced before (and I’ve had my fair share of massages!). Rachael instinctively knew exactly where to work, and her technique was perfect. Then came the facial—wow, just wow! My skin has never felt or looked this good. I have had facials by Ella before and always loved them and when I heard she was moving to RLC beauty I just had to book another one and I wasn’t disappointed!
