The girls are very friendly and professional and prices are very reasonable. I’ve always left the salon being more than satisfied with the treatments. 5 /5 Shiwani Kumar: Rita’s hair and beauty is a salon I’ve been going to for years! Not once have I been disappointed. I have always left the shop very happy and satisfied. Would definitely reccomend others to try the different treatments they have to offer. Definitely worth the money.

3 /5 Amanpreet Kaur Heer: Theyre not bad. I think its just one lady working there now. The price used to be £4 which I found was decent and its now increased to £5.50 if you wanted your upper lip waxed and £5 if you want it threaded. I told the lady I only had a £5 note as I wasnt aware of the price and she wasnt very happy with that. Not to be rude but that salon isnt worth £5.50 for eyebrows and upper lip. The lady isnt very friendly and hasnt made it known that the prices have changed. Usually my go to salon but I think I might change due to the fact that its not worth £5.50, nor £5.

1 /5 Rajni Hussain: My sister and I had roots coloured here, the colour washed away the first week. We went back and showed it to the owner who was reluctant to admit the fault but it was clearly visible the colour had washed away. She refused a refund but said she would re-colour it. She agreed to colour my hair twice as my sister was flying off to USA .She grudgingly recoloured once but refused the second time. I had heard poor reports about this salon before but as its walking distance from my home I tried it. Beauticians are friendly but poor customer service unwilling to admit fault and compensate you if something goes wrong, cannot recommend them .

5 /5 Simran Toor: Been coming here for years!! Been going to Rita for 5 years and only go to her to get my eyebrows perfectly shaped. Also have had a wonderful laser hair removal experience. Very nice and welcoming, try it out you won’t regret it x :)
