L LA I’ve been a client at Golden Eyelashes since around 2016, and I even followed Tunde when the salon moved nearby to Goldhawk Road, then back. Despite moving further away myself, I kept returning because her service is simply unmatched. During the pandemic however, like many, I stopped my visits during lockdown. After a couple of years of not getting my lashes done, I thought it would be more convenient to find something closer to home—but it was one disaster after another! My local experiences were frustrating, from irritated eyes to infections, to clumpy glued lashes and not a single lash tech seemed to understand the look I wanted. On top of being incredibly talented, Tunde is also lovely and a wonderful conversationalist, making every appointment a pleasure (unless I fall asleep and start snoring, in which case she lets me sleep like a baby on her comfy beautician bed).
