Gemma, Susie and most recently Eugene have fixed my many injuries and with out them I would still be in a tremendous amount of pain. I highly recommend GW Sports Therapy. You will be in safe hands!

Dave A fantastic club to join. I joined with my son, brother and his son, we wanted to learn and train together and it’s been a great opportunity for this. It’s a fun and disciplined, and the Sensai’s have a lot of patience. The focus isn’t to get you through your belts as quickly as possible, it’s about learning the correct way. I had no experience before joining and I’ve really enjoyed my journey, so far. I would recommend it to someone who has no experience as much as I would to someone who has previously trained and wants to get back into it.

Elaine Fitzwater Located above the Sweaty Betty store in Guildford the team at 1Sculpt offer barre and total body workouts, as well as personal training. The classes are upbeat, fun and challenging, and the 1Sculpt team are always finding new and creative ways with the pilates ring, resistance bands and pilates balls. I especially enjoy the barre classes which are a great addition to my running and spin classes that I do elsewhere, and I definitely feel the strength benefits from incorporating these classes into my schedule.

My nail design idea was via a photo on Pinterest and without hesitation I got exactly what I wanted and more! I am so pleased to have found a new nail tech! I will be definitely be recommending this place to everyone!!! - last time I came in I was also treated with such a warm welcome as I was with my toddler and every effort was made to make us both feel incredibly comfortable! 4.9 stars for a reason
