Since I was going from waist-length hair, it was a huge change, but Adolfo made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. His attention to detail is impeccable, and the result was simply perfect — he is truly a master of the Vidal Sassoon bob! I went back the next day because I decided I wanted it just a little shorter, and both the salon and Adolfo were so accommodating. They fit me in right away and made the adjustment at no additional cost, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the whole experience. Highly recommend Richard Ward, and especially Adolfo, if you’re looking for precision, artistry, and a stylist who truly cares.

I wasn’t sure if it could be fixed, but from the moment I walked in, I felt reassured. My new hairdresser Kathy (wish I had gone to her in the first place!) was not only kind and professional, but incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really assess the damage and explained clearly what she could do to fix it. The results honestly blew me away—she transformed my hair completely! It looks and feels so much healthier and the colour is exactly what I was hoping for in the first place. I’m beyond happy with how it turned out.
