1 /5 Camille Certeza: 2nd time coming here, my friend came here and was satisfied so I thought of giving it another shot but to my surprise my experience was horrendous. They told me to contact them if I have problem, maybe they also noticed how uncomfortable and annoyed I am.
Felt everything was rushed and was very rough on the services given. I asked to have same set of nails that I already have or something close to it but they seem to just do things and not clarify the shape of nail, etc.
Pedicure started ok but became to get too rough when clipping skin around the nails, she didnt care that I was in pain when he was clipping, filing with the machine as it rubbed to the skin of my toe. After I put on my shoes, I was already feeling some pain on my toe. Next my hands, cut TOO much skin that I shouted in pain which made even the other customers look at me. It turned red, and felt insulted that she just laughed. I felt speechless and annoyed that I gave up that she will be a bit more careful as I had alot of those during her pedicure.
I am reluctant to accept their discount offer when I reached out about the injuries I got as I am already scared to go back. I asked for refund but completely ignored. In my opinion paying that much £90 and getting injured in the process affecting me at work as I have to wear closed shoes at work and with this toe wound it is painful and injuring a finger in my dominant hand adds more to the inconvenience.
