aishi My sister in law and I have been coming here for years, always leaving feeling happy with our nails. However this particular time we both got a very different designs. We weren’t sure if it were possible to be done, however after showing Lisa and Helena what we wanted, they paid attention to detail and gave us exactly what we asked for. They took such good care and at no point were we at any discomfort during us getting are acrylics done and on top of that pedicures each. We would not hesitate at all to recommend this salon at all to our friends family because in particular Lisa and Helena go above and beyond. Salon is always clean, hygienic, also the salon will always offer drinks and refreshments to any customers without any extra cost.

Nora Smith Have been going to Kess, South Harrow for years and this is a great salon. The staff, who have been there for a long time, are excellent - friendly, polite, hard working, welcoming and skilled. It is also great value and it is easy to ring and get an appointment last minute...so different from other salons where there is long waits for appointments. Really convenient. Ive never had a bad experience here. Hugely recommend.

Jake Killick Where do I begin, the moment you step through the door you are greeted by Gail. She provides a warm welcome, spends time catching up with you, there is a real sense of loyalty to the customer from her. When you phone into the salon Gail remembers what you have had in the past and with who making you feel very special. The salon is beautifully decorated and has the options for you to have different treatments. I always have Charlotte colour and cut my hair. I can honestly say I will never trust anyone else outside of Joseph to do my hair. Charlotte is fantastic at colour and the cuts are amazing. In the past ten years I have not once been disappointed. If she is ever away she leaves the information for her other great colourists and hairdressers to take over. Charlotte ensures the client is put first and offers great advice about their colour options and cut, she shares a vision of what she has and delivers exactly that. I could not honestly ask for anymore. There is a family feel inside the salon. All staff are friendly to the clients and each other. There is a huge range of fantastic products to take home with you to help keep your colour and your hair feeling great. They are reasonably prided and last months. Charlotte and staff will only recommend the ones that are completely necessary. They are all miracle workers!

shalini karsan I visited Lia for the first time today for a toner, cut and blow dry. I was nervous about the haircut she was recommended for my long hair, but she put me at ease straight away. She was warm, professional, and took the time to really listen to what I wanted. The toner turned out beautifully, and the cut exceeded my expectations — my hair looks healthier and shinier. I’m happy I found Lia, and I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend!
