5 /5 Ana Ramos: Since I joined, it has been very easy to get involved (even though I had never been a gym person), and I really enjoy the variety of classes on offer. All of the coaches are very welcoming, which makes it feel like much more than just a gym. It is a positive space with a great atmosphere to work out in. Jamie, the manager, has a genuine passion for what he does and brings an enthusiastic energy to the place. His cycle classes are always a good laugh and keep me motivated. I especially enjoy Marques’ classes. They are always creative, full of energy, and he pushes you in a way that helps you get the best out of yourself. I honestly look forward to going every time.

5 /5 Simon Park: Spacious, 24 hour gym, which is a rare find nowadays in London. There were some missing equipment (tricep curl bar), but after requesting for this, Marques, one of the staffs, was very nice to order one for the gym.

3 /5 king kongcow: Decent selection of machines though each one is poorly engineered and feels non human and it’s always packed as anyone can get in with a mates code. Classes are crap and gym is filthy at 6pm though cheap price is nice can’t beat £18 a month for first year.

1 /5 Nick Lee: The manager here left a very arrogant and rude impression. The instructors didnt put the gym equipment back after their workouts and just left, which is something that never happens in other gyms. Its surprising that it was the instructors who left this impression. The first floor was basically unattended.

5 /5 Mary Hanover: I joined this club from when it opened last year and it is amazing value for money! My favourite classes are with Jamie Gladstone. I will only do a spin class if he’s teaching it. He’s got such energy and I love his sense of humour - frankly I need motivation and I want someone to bark orders at me to get me to burn and pump (and I’m no Spring chicken!). The majority of the gym members are pretty young but it has all the equipment I need and I’m not spending a fortune to go! Highly recommend this gym and Jamie as a PT.
