I regularly have laser treatments with her, and she’s always incredibly gentle with my sensitive skin—constantly checking in to make sure I’m comfortable throughout the process. From the moment you walk in, the ambience is calm and relaxing, setting the tone for a great treatment experience. Most recently, I had dermal fillers for lip enhancement with Rosie, and she was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and regularly checked in to ensure I was happy with the results. She used high-quality products that gave me a natural but noticeable plump, which I love. Rosie also followed up after the procedure to see how I was doing and even shared additional treatment packages that complemented my results. I highly recommend her services—she’s incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely cares about helping you achieve the results you want!

The salon is clean, calm and relaxing. You do not feel rushed, and definitely leave feeling refreshed, with glowing, clean skin! I have also had the massage twice, this is also a lovely way to end after ah amazing facial with Rosie! Rosie definitely has me as a returning customer every 3-4 weeks! You don’t get this treatment in Hounslow, so wow wow wow!
