1 /5 GILLIAN BROCKBANK: I cant comment on the salon because I live up north. But I would advise anyone not to purchase items from this website. I put my order in on 9th June and Im still waiting to receive the item. Lots of poor reviews on Trust Pilot. I contacted them yesterday and they said an email would be sent to me this week and my item would follow later. But this problem hasnt just happened. Its been going on since last year. I just hope I either get the product or my money is refunded. They are not doing themselves any favours by poor communication to people who have placed orders and not received them. Neither is there any warning on the website that it could take some time to receive the goods if you go ahead and order.

1 /5 Alexandra Copsas: Just received my very last item I will be ordering from this very poor company. Although the Dermalogica products are a little cheaper than other sites, the dispatch times & customer service are shocking. Ordered my product 9/06 (simply to use up my £10.40 points from previous orders..knew I would be in for a little wait, which is why I now shop else where, but wanted to use up my points) Well finally received my item on 25/07 after emailing 4 times to see what was going on! My confirmation as always stated 2-6 working days for delivery. This is the longest I have had to wait.

1 /5 Nancy Taplin-Locke: A bit of feedback to this company: if you dont have something in stock but have taken an order, its good practice to let the customer know that they will not be receiving the item. Ive had to chase you up on two orders that never arrived, weeks after placing the orders. The first was a complete time suck that was never properly resolved, the second Ive just cancelled weeks after hearing and receiving nothing from you. I will never use you again, and suggest others arent lured in by your attractive seeming prices either, theyre not worth the hassle.

1 /5 Anna Dalidowicz: I do not recommend ordering any Jane Iredale products as youre unlikely ever to receive them!!! Placed my order on 24th July. Was informed that my parcel will be delivered within 2 to 6 days. After nearly two weeks of waiting e-mailed the company and got a reply from Ranveer telling me of a delay. I told him I was happy to wait as long as my order was released that week. Nothing came that week or the week after. I decided to call it a day and demanded a refund. Were now in October and I still havent received it. They never send you the product and cling to your money. Think twice before placing any orders with that company. Totally unreliable!!! I shall refer them to the police

1 /5 Rachael Hayes: Ordered items in August, same story as other reviews- they did not have items in stock and neglected to tell me this- but were very speedy to take my money. I cancelled the order nearly two weeks ago having not received the items after waiting for 3 weeks and have yet to receive a refund. I am no longer receiving responses to my emails. Waste of time and money. I paid slightly more from competitor and items arrived within a few days so there is no reason for such a delay with purchases. I would never use again.
