1 /5 Nancy Taplin-Locke: A bit of feedback to this company: if you dont have something in stock but have taken an order, its good practice to let the customer know that they will not be receiving the item. Ive had to chase you up on two orders that never arrived, weeks after placing the orders. The first was a complete time suck that was never properly resolved, the second Ive just cancelled weeks after hearing and receiving nothing from you. I will never use you again, and suggest others arent lured in by your attractive seeming prices either, theyre not worth the hassle.
