3 /5 Bobby Bernard: I’ve been to this salon several times and generally really like the massages here — the therapists are professional and the treatments have always been enjoyable. My most recent massage was no exception; the therapist who looked after me did a lovely job.
However, I was disappointed with the service I received when enquiring about using my TreatWell voucher. I called in advance to check, and the receptionist told me quite bluntly that they did not accept TreatWell vouchers. This was confusing because the salon does partner with TreatWell online, and I was able to book and pay through the app without any issue — including using the £25 voucher my friend bought me.
It felt as though I was being pushed to pay full price unnecessarily, which wasn’t a great experience and left me feeling a bit uncomfortable. I’m sharing this here not to be negative, but in the hope that it can be addressed, as it’s not the standard of customer service I’ve experienced here before.
Despite this, I would come back again because the quality of the massage itself was very good. I just hope the communication around vouchers and customer service at reception can be improved.
