4 /5 Neks Beks: First time visiting Polish My Nails and being right next to my home was already a bonus. I decided to try them after going to another nail shop few doors down (I won’t name them) that does good work but have sneaky extortionate prices, very expensive.
I called ahead to book and asked for prices for an infill and painted toes. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff and seen to straight away. The experience overall was really pleasant! Very clean and pretty shop! I was offered tea, coffee or juice, received a lovely little gift at the end, and was given a loyalty card, which was a nice touch.
The only downside was a price change when I re-asked in person, as I was told there’s an additional charge to remove existing polish on toes. This wasn’t mentioned during the initial phone call, so it would have been helpful to clarify this upfront so customers can make an informed decision.
Overall, a great experience with lovely staff and reasonable pricing —slightly on the higher side that where I usually go but willing to accept seeing as it’s like 1 minute from my home, and nowhere near as pricey as other one nearby. I’ll definitely be returning!
