Spencer is an absolute perfectionist in the best way possible and took care with every detail to get my set up just right. I was also slightly concerned on booking that maybe my bike wasn’t nice enough for the service but I was made to feel super welcome. I couldn’t be happier now - the bike is perfect for me. I have seen my power and speed improve as well as experiencing no discomfort on long rides. I will for sure be back with my next bike!

I’ve tried loads of shops and brands, hoping to find a fair price and a great experience, but no matter what, I always end up back with Spencer and Carlos at Personal Bike Fit. These guys are incredible, seriously the best at what they do. They’ve fixed two bike fits for me after other shops messed them up, and I bought my dream bike from Spencer. They’re honest, insanely knowledgeable, and just genuinely good people you can trust when you’re making a big investment in this sport. I can’t recommend them enough. Finally happy to work with me on a relatively budget bike showing they are happy to provide the same service regardless of what bike you ride! Perfecto! *Edit* - managed to get out and about and the bike now feels much better than before. Certainly a noticeable improvement in average speed and comfort throught the rides.
