Melissa Heaven I’d like to share my experience of my visit yesterday. It started when calling earlier that day, my call was answered promptly and it was easy to make an appointment at a time which suited my diary, they were very accommodating.
When I arrived for my appointment I was warmly greeted by name by Karam. I have to say her service was outstanding! From the moment I arrived Karam talked me through the whole process of a wax, from the type of wax that was being used and the after care - do’s & dont’s. Karam made me feel incredibly comfortable and showed a real in depth knowledge of the services that were available. We spoke about laser services, facials and creams which the salon offers. I am very happy with the results of my waxes and would recommend anyone considering to absolutely book here. Thank you again Karam for your time, care and conversation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
