1 /5 Ksenia A.C.: Very disappointing visit to Eva for manicure. 1) she was rough, broke my own nail while filing, multiple cuts 2) unevenly filed edges 3) uneven shape of the nail surface 4) messy nail sides and catching everything 5) top layer leaks 6) bubbles in every nail 7) didn’t properly remove cuticles 8) the extension of a broken nail is pointing upwards and is the ugliest thing I’ve ever seen. Im sorry to be saying this but it is below any amateur manicure level. Id rather pay £5-10 more and get a decent job done than having to fit in 2h slot and having a rushed job.

1 /5 Rebecca Bright: Went to get hair styled for a wedding with my daughter. The one lady was very rude and nasty at our request for curls in my daughters hair with not much product and no water spray. She kept moaning saying I need to do my way upsetting my 12 year old daughter. She did the curls but then charged me double the price said would be when booked. £45 for just curls, disgusting and was not professional. Should do what u like without the horid approach. Asked for a little pinned up and response I do not do . I would not reccomend

1 /5 Gabija Dapkutė: Had my hair done by hairdresser Lena. After showing several pictures of how I would like to have my hair done and explaining in detail as well she still managed to do it her own way which resembled nothing even similar to what I asked and charged me £50 for it. Now I need to walk around with my hair in a bun for months until the hair grows out so I could fix it as I cannot even style it since every strand is different length and cut in all 4 directions… Definitely the staff needs more training in actually listening what the custumer is asking for.
