Alice Buckley Love this place. Felt at home straight away and allowed to go at my own pace. Being able to help teach the kids MMA class has become one of my favourite things in life, being able to watch them grow and develop their own skills. All the coaches are amazing, with Gabriel seeming as a friend aswell as a teacher, which as lead the gym to become a very friendly and social space.

Ibrahim Acilli Ive been a member for over a year and love it! The facilities are always clean, with a great variety of equipment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the personal trainers are fantastic. Theres a real sense of community here, making every visit enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Stef D I have had many, many classes in this studio over the last few years, Pilates, Yoga, various fitness classes and have used the open gym. Absolutely every single teacher or trainer I have come across has a very high level of expertise and experience, is welcoming, motivating without being pushy, friendly, helpful and empathetic. The premises are very welcoming and all the equipment is in excellent condition. No matter what you are working on and if you are new to exercising or not, you will be able to join in and work at a level that is right for you. :D

Tilly Hill Great gym. A huge range of gym equipment from typical free weights and machines to strongman equipment. Plus a good cardio machine variety. Very Affordable day price and owners really friendly. Has a lovely community feel without feeling cliquey. Love visiting when I am down to see the mother in law.

Matilda Bafti I’ve had a very positive experience at this gym, and the quality of the trainers is outstanding. I would like to especially highlight Justyna. Her classes are incredibly motivating, and she consistently brings great energy and professionalism to every session. She is truly one of the best trainers at the gym, and attending her classes has made a real difference in my fitness journey.

Anna Farrell Mr Levermore is an amazing teacher, he is very patient with children of all abilities. He has done wonders for my daughter, who has mobility issues, building her confidence and always encourages her to just do her best. Thank you Mr Levermore!
