1 /5 George Balasescu: Very bad customer service. We ordered for the salon 2 uv gels but the quality is very bad and we decided to return them for a refund, unfortunately we threw away the security seal and they told us that without those we cannot return them back…. I’ve told them that we cannot work with them and this means that we can put them in the bin and the answer was yes!!!’ Unbelievable… never again

1 /5 Jasmine: I brought 5 gel polishes from here and was disappointed to find that one of them had a poor formulation and would peel off in less than 24hours. I loved the colour so was determined to make it work by doing a few different processes including the one that customer service suggested. It still didnt adhere properly so I kindly asked for a refund - after all, what good is a gel polish if it peels in less than a day? However, Julia from customer service was very unhelpful suggesting I just buy more products from them, told me I "have not tried to follow her advice" when I clearly have told her I did, and dismissed me by saying all their products are high quality so my claim is not possible. Since they have been so dismissive and insinuated that I am being untruthful, Im going to leave this review.

1 /5 F Y: I placed an order on 03.June.2024. Its 12.June.2024 and I still havent received the product. I sent an e-mail saying that the date was given beforehand, but I still havent received the product. Ive had this problem before, but I thought it might happen. The current situation has embarrassed me towards my customers. It takes a very long time to receive it, I recommend you to order considering this. Their work is really slow. If such a problem occurs every time, you will have a lot of problems with your customers. You are a very bad company. When you send an e-mail, you only apologize and I do not accept your so-called apology. Friends, when ordering, you can expect your products to arrive late. I recommend you to buy and order.
