1 /5 Salehah Afzal: I’m not one to leave a bad review but I believe it’s justified in this case. I’ve spent a whole 2 years growing out my hair to my ribs, I simply asked for a TRIM and somehow ended up with my hair just below my shoulders with feathers that I did not ask for?! She kept suggesting I go shorter but I made it very clear that I’m going on holiday and wanted to keep it long. I think it’s very unprofessional to ignore what your client wants and do what you want instead. Would not recommend!

1 /5 Ifra Amjad: I had the worst experience in this salon. I asked for a balayage and left with nothing. All my hair was still the same as I walked in. I paid 95£ for nothing. And my hair was bleached twice and all my hair has been damaged fully. I was going to holidays the next day and my hair was ruined. And when I shower my hair becomes so damaged and all my hair is falling off. I won’t recommend going to this salon. It’s dirty and not clean. And staff are really rude.

5 /5 Kinza Rasheed: Last time i came with my sister and with my mom and i must say that it has been the most incredible experience i ever received in salon. They provide you with the sweetest communication and entertain you in such a friendly manner. The staff is amazing at what they do and specially whenever we want to get our hair done they do the best job ever. Normally whenever my mom and my sister get their hair done in some time later it use to turn our hair yellow but since we came to this salon our experience have changed in a positive way. Our hair later on never turns yellow. The work they do in their highlights and hair in general they put so much effort, love and care and thats what we really need from every salon. I would highly recommend everyone to visit here because their work and customer service is supper rich.

5 /5 Kabinesh Ravichandran: One of the Best Hair Salons to exist. I have been getting my hair cut here for 7 years now and I know the ladies very well. They are so nice and friendly and the service is brilliant. They know exactly what they are doing and never make a mistake when it comes to cutting my hair.
