1 /5 Caroline Campbell: The facial and pedicure were fine but unfortunately I was overcharged by a considerable amount. This was clearly an accident but trying to get the money back was painful. The owner/manager kept saying I’d had the refund when I hadn’t and kept me waiting 3 weeks while she tried to resolve it. I only got the money back because I refused to leave the salon. The manager is quite scary and doesn’t understand about consumer law. They charge premium prices for budget style service levels. Very disappointing and left me shaken and feeling like the guilty party
